Mountainview Results

As mentioned in the previous post, my daughter Karis, her boyfriend Julio, and I went to Mountainview Cemetery, last night, to pay our respects to our friend, and to see if any of the "residents" felt up to communicating with us.  The results were interesting, in that we had no audio or video results.

Over a period of just over two hours, we listened to extremely loud traffic, which completely overrode any voices the recorder may have captured. Both Karis and I did run video, but nothing out of the ordinary was captured.

However, we did have personal experiences:

1.  At several points during our visit with our friend, movement was spotted behind one of the flower vases on Erica's headstone. We investigated the area, but found nothing out of the ordinary.

2.  Before we left the cemetery, Karis and I went for a walk around the area near the entrance gates. She was feeling pulled towards the pond near the gates, so we went to check things out there.  Then, Karis and I both caught a bright flash moving fast across the sign for the funeral home itself, so we headed towards it. We found nothing.

3.  From the sign, both Karis and I walked towards a larger-than-life statue of Jesus, which is visible from the entrance gates.  At almost the same moment Karis and I experienced sensations of being watched, Karis noticed a wind chime hanging in a nearby tree. So, we went to check that out.  From there, we took a little walk to the storage shed, which I personally feel very uncomfortable around.

4.  At the storage shed, Karis saw something moving inside the building. We shone our lights in the windows around the area, but there was nothing visible. The whole building, however, exuded a distinct ambience of unwelcome and dislike, and I personally was very glad to move away from it.

5.  Just as we were pulling away from where we'd parked - we were close to the gates - both Karis and Julio experienced a very strong smell of carrot muffins. The smell could not be explained, and it was gone the moment we passed through the gates and onto the main road.

I took several pictures, but there was nothing unusual in any of them. Frost crystals were in the air, which meant that taking pictures was moot, as whatever the camera captured could likely be explained.

But, tonight is All Hallows Eve, and Teri and I are going to be visiting St. Mary's Cemetery after all the kids have gone home for the night.  All week long, I've been feeling pulled to St. Mary's, and I don't know why. Last night, I felt the pull more strongly than I have all week, so tonight - All Hallows Eve - I am going to follow it.  I will update everyone after Teri and I have reviewed audio and video evidence...

Have a safe and fun All Hallows Eve, everyone, and please don't drink and drive.
